Heated & Unheated Yin Yoga - Chair Yoga
aim to correct bad position habits, recover for injuries and increase energy flow to the deeper layers of the body.
Therapeutic Yoga & Restaurative Yoga
a more meditative class designed to help recover from injuries. It specifically targets areas in need of healing.
Great to manage stress, anxiety and insomnia.
Prenatal & Postnatal
developed to prepare the expecting mother for child birth and bring her back to her best physical and mental health.
Meditation: Chakra, Vipassana, Mantra & Mindfulness
